Ugi is the hottest, functional workout to hit the fitness market. Created by celebrity personal trainer, Sara Shears, Ugi is a 30-minute, high-intensity, interval workout that focuses on endurance, strength and core stability training. 30 exercises in 30 minutes using a single piece of equipment, a Ugi ball.

The Ugi ball itself comes in 4 weights (6, 8, 10 and 12lb). They are all the same dimension. It has the weight of a medicine ball, but is softer to the touch and unique in that it has a squish to it, allowing for many of the core-focussed exercises in the program.

The Ugi app makes it even easier to take your workout anywhere. With our built-in interval timer, you can:
- Use one of the pre-loaded Ugi routines
- Create new routines and set your own interval length, rounds, rest period and sound effects
- Easily pause and restart your timer with a single click
- Use your own playlist to workout to the music you like

Update in progress: We are currently working on an update that will override the auto-lock of your iPhone. In the interim, you will need to turn your auto-lock off while utilizing the Ugi timer.
